Facility info

Staff consistently friendly and helpful — multiple mentions of good attitudes and drivers kept updated on progress Fast unload/load times — typical 20–30 minutes for full trailers; some complaints of slow service, but speed is the norm Appointment system in place — 24-hour notice required; early check-in sometimes accommodated but not guaranteed Ample parking available Building location tricky — behind International dealership, use second driveway west of dealership; office in middle of building, shipping door middle left Security issue — homeless people entering facility and stealing Occasional paperwork/scheduling mix-ups — lost paperwork and calling other trucks first reported; not consistent but noted Cold storage facility — handles frozen goods and pallet storage
