Ball - Denver Warehouse

Facility info

Wait times highly inconsistent. 30-minute unloads reported alongside 6-11 hour waits. Staffing appears to be the primary issue—multiple reviews cite only one warehouse worker on duty. Night shift generally faster than day shift. Weekend appointments problematic; facility appears understaffed or closed on weekends. Appointment scheduling loose. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated same evening, sometimes made to wait until scheduled time. Appointment times occasionally listed incorrectly. Text notifications provided for dock assignment and completion. Dock access slow. Multiple reports of long waits just to get assigned a door, even when docks appear empty. Some complaints about favoritism in dock assignments. No driver restrooms available. Significant complaint across multiple reviews—flagged as major issue during long waits. Overnight parking available. Can park on-site overnight, but not directly in front of padded docks. Easy check-in and yard maneuverability noted. Unloading operation. Live unload (not drop and hook). Speed varies dramatically based on staffing and volume. Staff attitude mixed—some reports of courteous/fast workers, others describe impatient or dismissive behavior. Check-in process straightforward. Quick initial check-in reported. Seal verification performed. Bring your own food and water. No facilities to support drivers during extended waits. Drivers advised not to rely on being within their hours.
