I’ve had a really frustrating experience with GOFO using Colorado Distribution Group for delivery. I’ve now had two missed deliveries, and in both cases the driver made no real effort to complete the delivery. They didn’t call, didn’t attempt to leave the package, and didn’t try any of the very standard options available at my building like the mailroom, package room, or reception. If there were questions, the simplest step would have been to contact me directly. Instead, the driver drove past, noted there was no apartment number, and left. For my complex, an apartment number isn’t even required. Deliveries are handled through reception, and I receive packages daily without any issues from other carriers. The issue isn’t the redelivery timeline, it’s the complete lack of effort and basic problem-solving. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when multiple delivery options are clearly available. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because this experience has been far below standard.

Easy check in, easy backing. Loaded in less than 1.5 hours. The ladies inside are wonderful to deal with. I look forward to coming back. Thank you!
