Very disappointing experience with this beverage company. Someone showed up to remove a cooler, claiming their boss instructed them to pick it up because we hadn’t placed an order and they had been told the cooler needed to be returned. No advance notice was given. After speaking with the manager, we were initially given a story that later turned out not to be true before finally getting the actual explanation. The manager showed up at my store later that same day, again no notice given and, from what I overheard while on the phone with my staff, was very rude.<br><br>When I called the company hoping to speak with someone above the manager, I was told there was no one else available to speak with, which was extremely frustrating and confusing. The lack of transparency and accountability made the whole situation feel very unprofessional. Needless to say, our account has since been removed permanently via my request. Based on this experience, the company came across as shady and difficult to trust.
Drop and hook
This is probably one of the most undependable companies we've ever dealt with. We never hear from our "sales rep"and when we do actually get to order, the delivery may or not make it. Very bad way to do business. Do not recommend.
