Facility info

In and out in 30–35 minutes typical. Drop and hook operation—straightforward process (check in, back to dock, pull out). Large, open yard with easy backing. Plenty of room for 53-foot trailers. Entrance off exit 1A (not 2A). Appointment required. Morning guard enforces check-in times strictly—expect delay if early. One report of rude morning guard; most other staff rated friendly and professional. Overnight parking available on shoulder. Restrooms on-site. Driver lounge with $0.50 vending machine drinks. Staff generally first-class and fast. Flexible on product issues—ask for pallets/trays if load shifts. One note: unloading speed varies (35 min common, but some reports of slower service). Guard gate attitude varies by shift.
