Overall, a very good experience. The only small downside is the entrance to the facility, but it’s not a serious problem. From the check-in desk to the unloading process, I give this place a solid five stars. The staff is very friendly and professional. At registration, you hand over your documents, and within about two minutes you receive a paper with clear instructions and the door number for unloading. You need to slide your tandems to the rear of the trailer, back into the assigned door, and shut the truck off. After unloading, you drive to security, where your documents are returned. Everything is organized and runs smoothly.
The best place i ever been to , polite staff and respectful.. When you take right into the street from the road to the warehouse, take the first ride again l you ll see the main entrance for the building. Kinda looks like a roundabout take right there is a way going up to the main entrance right onto the main parking lot you will see the cars parked there too. The guard at the main entrance will let you in then tell you to park in the parking lot and in front of you there’s a main office for check-in. They will give you the door right away even if you are way earlier than your appointment and they will assign you the door and when you back up, someone will come to you and ask you you can underach the tractor or if you wanna stay in then they’re gonna take your keys of your tractor. They will load you probably in like 15 to 20 minutes and will come up to you and tell you they’re done then you go to the main office again and get your papers and at the exit which is by the main entrance there is a scale to you. The guard will check your papers and check the seal that you’re good to go overnight parking yes or restroom yes in the office plenty of space to back up and for parking newly built and clean place.
