I’d like to share my experience visiting this place. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I arrived at 9:20. They took quite a while checking my documents at the entrance before finally telling me I could proceed. Consequently, I didn't actually pull up to the dock until 10:00. It is now 12:05 PM; the red light is still on, and they haven't even started unloading me yet. If they manage to unload me within the next hour, that would be fine; anything longer than that, however, would be unacceptable. Aside from me, there are no other vehicles here. At 11:17, we started unloading.
After reading the reviews I thought this place was gonna be a nightmare, but I guess I got lucky. Had a 2pm Thursday unload appointment, but I rolled in Wednesday around 10pm. Checked in and they took me straight to a dock. Got unloaded and was out the gate in about an hour.
