Facility info

Load times: Generally fast (20-30 min to 1 hour), though some report slower experiences. LTL carriers get priority—over half the doors dedicated to them. Appointments: Not required, though some drivers use them. Early arrival doesn't guarantee immediate loading. Check-in/operations: Straightforward. Easy facility access with good maneuvering room. Staff: Consistently friendly and helpful. Spanish-speaking staff available. Overnight parking: Available and safe. Hours: Open until 1:00 AM. Bathrooms: Present (though one driver noted checking availability). OTR loads: Can be disorganized compared to other freight types. Overall: Solid unload facility with friendly service and decent speed. Better suited for LTL and smaller loads than full truckloads.
