Facility info

Wait times highly variable — ranges from under 1 hour to 5+ hours. Drop & hook consistently faster than live loads. Most live loads reported 2-3 hours, but multiple drivers cite 4-5 hour unloads. Live load process: Report at gate for inspection and door assignment, drop trailer at assigned door, park in staging area near office (across from or in front), check in at receiving office, wait for callback when ready. Drop & hook: Grab empty trailer number, note it for paperwork, quick process — often under 1 hour total. Gate staff generally professional and friendly — security checks truck/trailer and takes photos before directing to shipping office. Receiving office staff mixed reviews — mostly positive on courtesy and professionalism, but some night shift complaints about disrespect. Check-in: Two windows (one for pickups, one for deliveries). Bring all info to avoid redundant paperwork. Safety requirements: Strict about loading/unloading procedures. Overnight parking: Not available at facility. Love and Petro truck stops 10 miles away but very busy. Street parking in front possible but uncertain legality — some drivers report seeing trucks parked on street. Facilities: Bathrooms available. Clean. Vending cheaper than average. Yard conditions adequate, easy backing. Staffing/product dependent — performance varies based on which staff working and what's being loaded/unloaded. Can't predict day-to-day.
