Street parking available overnight if needed. Check-In & Operations Appointment required but timing loose — early arrivals typically accommodated. Check in at guard shack, receive door assignment via text. Do not break seal or open doors — facility handles from inside. Pull tandems to back, hit dock, get green light then red light then green when done. Can't call facility directly — contact broker for issues. 24-hour operation. Load/Unload Times Highly variable — ranges from 40 minutes to 14+ hours. Many reports of 5-8 hour waits. Some drop-and-hook completions under 1 hour, but live load delays are common.
