Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, Dallas

Facility info

Operations Appointment required but timing unpredictable — waits of 2-5 hours common even with early arrival. Some drivers report getting doors quickly (30 mins to 1 hour), others wait 2+ hours past appointment. Unloading typically 30 mins to 1 hour once door is assigned. Appointments don't guarantee priority; facility unloads based on operational need. Phone system frustrating — hard to reach shipping/receiving. Facility experience Overnight parking available but inconsistent — some reviews say yes, others say no. Street parking 0.5 miles away mentioned. Restrooms available. Staff attitude mixed but leans positive — described as "nice," "friendly," "chill" by many, but irrelevant when facing long delays. Receiving entrance floods in rain. Yard conditions described as unorganized, dirty, cluttered with dropped trailers blocking dock access. Facility is large. Fair warning This facility is wildly inconsistent. You might be in and out in under an hour or stuck for 5 hours. Plan for worst case. Early arrival doesn't guarantee early service. Don't rely on appointment times. Facility currently appears to be closed/in demo based on one recent review.
