Facility info
Appointment scheduling required — strict adherence; don't be late or you'll be rescheduled. Some flexibility for early arrival (up to 12+ hours before). Drop and hook operation — assigned door via pager/buzzer, typically 30 min to 2 hours unload time. Check in procedure straightforward; exit via guard shack for paperwork. Overnight parking on-site — ample space available. Check in after 6:30 pm permitted only with appointment; no street parking. Porta potties only — maintained but basic (bring toilet paper). Hand washing station available. Staff generally helpful and professional — operations run like clockwork. Guard shack attitudes occasionally gruff. Well-organized, fast facility — most drivers report 1–1.5 hour total time. Occasional bottlenecks at dock doors or wait for green light after unload.

I dont give these 5 stars our very often. Appointment set for 5am. Arrived 2100 . 8 hrs early Over night parking. Green light at 6am They allowed me to return to staging area after I returned buzzer. MINT!
Only three stars because they make you use the porta potties and for my wife that wasnt very clean!!! The loading and unloading was fast and easy. The only thing I would say is watch out for those who can't drive lol. Overall the experience here was clean fast and simple. Check in wasnt hard at all and it seems the staff here was very prompt and helpful when needed. Would put this place in the top 10 of place I would deliver to again no problem!!!
