Do not take loads to this place regardless of the price the brokers offer. We have been here over 8 hours now unloaded for 5 of them literally sitting in a day cab waiting for the paperwork to leave!!! I already told my idiot spouse to NEVER accept a load here again!!!!!
App: 0630 Arrive: 0540 In Gate: 0603 In Door: 0703 Out the Gate: 0800 🔶Parking: I did not overnight park here, but seems there are plenty of trucks parking in the “no parking” signs, so I guess try your luck. 🟢Get here atleast 30min before appointment time for possible line Left lane faster by a little After you’re in, if you are instructed to “stage” You need to park in front of your door, and wait until it’s your turn. There are numbers on the ground of door numbers as well. After it’s your turn to unload, open doors, back in, and then you’ll get a green when they done, pull out and go to exit way. I did everything in the Costco app and they didn’t even take any of my paperwork, really fast. The app is easy too, no sign up just punch in your PO and it instructs you. Exiting the gate, they give you POD and done.
