this place isnt right. dont be late or they will reschedule you for the next day. with no option to go on standby. anthony and mitch are the worst supervisor and manager that i have ever came into contact with. and please dont try and make a complaint. bercause all they will do is give you the run around for at least 3-5 hours. and no one, who you will speak with in the customer care department or ERC department has any common sense and they are all from overseas and just keep repeating whats on there script. and tranfer you back and forth between these two department. THEY ARE NOT TEAM PLAYERS . IF YOU ASK ME THEY SHOULD BE DEMOTTED OR BETTER YET LET GO
