There’s a dark-haired woman here—a real nightmare. She kept the service window closed and refused to open it. She doesn't communicate properly with people. Even though I had an appointment for 11:00 AM, she claimed my appointment was for 9:00 PM—giving me completely wrong information. Then, an hour later, someone else called and gave me a door number; they have no idea what they're doing. It’s just a ridiculous situation. I finally got out of there at 4:30.
From 94 make a right to w easy st, Make sure the trailer is clean if not you'll have to do a washout and have your reefer precooled. Other drivers mentioned a late fee! 5 hours to get loaded 1550lbs over on drive axle at this point idk if they don’t know how to do their job or it's purposely done so they charge you to rework you!

I don't know how they operate—the paperwork states the weight is 40,600, but in reality, it’s over 45,000. I couldn't even fill the fuel tanks to capacity; there’s a red stripe inside the trailer with a warning label stating that if the cargo exceeds 38,000 lbs, you must not cross that line... yet they completely ignore it! The tandem axles were positioned almost at the very rear, I was lucky that I didn't have to cross any states where the maximum length is restricted to 41 feet…
Always a smooth pickup for me. Nice people, lounge, and bathroom. Can get s little tight when busy, but hey, we're professionals. Arrived extremely early today. Expected to get told to come back. In and out in 2 hours.
