Walmart Distribution Center #6001
2252 N 8th St, Rogers, AR 72756
Facility info
Operations Opens 7 AM, no early check-in before then. Appointments matter—arrive at or near your scheduled time or expect delays. Weekend appointments unreliable. Unload times vary widely: 45 minutes to 2 hours typical, but 6–15 hour waits reported. Restrooms closed after 3 PM. Will ask you to leave immediately after unload is complete. Facility experience Very tight, cramped yard. Smallest Walmart DC many drivers have seen. Staff consistently described as friendly, nice, professional. Overnight parking available but limited and tricky—park at the far end near receiving/dock 19 if staying overnight. Maneuvering is difficult: check-in is at building's far end, many doors require awkward backing angles. Doors 4–5 nearly impossible to blind-side due to fence placement; may need to leave property to turn around. Employee cars parked throughout lot add to congestion. No bathroom vending machines. No gate turnaround available—will need to call for traffic control if stuck. Load cancellations reported At least one instance of 15-hour wait followed by load cancellation due to out-of-stock product.

If you have not been here before, get the thoughts of the average Walmart DC out of you head, it isn't that. This is really small. You will have to weave through the cars parked on the left and right if you get doors five or six. Check-in is at the very end of the building. I wouldn't drive all the way because there isn't much space down there either. If you do drive down and end up wirh door five or six there may be just enough space to turn around, but then you will have to turn around again near doors five and six and there is less space down there. I just backed all the way down the parking lot. If you get a door near the receiving office everything will be fine. I am not quite sure what they do at this small Walmart DC. I brought them empty bottles.
The staff seems nice and the issues aren't on them. But come one Wlamart your worth 1.03 TRILLION dollars, and your headquarters is all of 4 miles away. This place shouldn't be a difficult to treverse as it is. You have drive to the other end of the building to check in then you wind up faceing the wrong direction to back into your door. Doors 4/5 are impossible to blindsid into with the fence where it is so you have to leave the property to find a way to turn around. All the while your trying maneuver around employee's cars. If your careful and know what your doing its hard but not impossible. That being said for a company as big as walmart you'd expect them to do better in terms of mitigating accident risk if nothing else.

The barrier is open 24 hours a day. You enter the premises, drive to the end of the building, gate number 19. I parked there and went to bed. In the morning, workers arrived, woke me up, and very polite, beautiful women accepted the documents and quickly unloaded. Thank you very much.
