Appointment required—they won't take you early, stick to your time slot. Fast turnaround when they're ready: 1 hour typical, some loads 45 min; but expect 3–4 hours on busy days. Live load operation. Tight docking—challenging backing and pulling out, especially for sleepers; not for inexperienced drivers. Overnight parking available but very tight; limited space. No restrooms mentioned as available for drivers; mixed reports on facilities. Staff attitude: mostly friendly and helpful, but occasional reports of poor customer service from front desk staff.

Nice place , a little tight but doable I recommend disconnecting from trailer so other will have it easier and I recommend entering the warehouse from boston pl instead of Rochester ave. You can enter from the Rochester ave but be cautious because some trucks will be heading out that same way then you’ll have to back up a bit
I had a very bad experience at this warehouse. The loading process is extremely slow and completely disorganized. Drivers have to wait 4 to 5 hours inside the warehouse, drivers are told to sit inside the office while waiting and not allowed to go outside the office. There are no clear updates or proper communication about how long the process will take, There is no consideration for drivers time or schedules. The warehouse management seriously needs to improve their loading edficient and show more professionalism.
Must scan qr code to check in. Need truck license number and trailer license number to check in. Must stand inside while they load your trailer
