OPERATIONS Appointments largely ignored—expect long check-in lines regardless of appointment time. Early arrival (4+ hours) sometimes accepted but not guaranteed. Live unload only. Unloading speed varies wildly—15 minutes to 7+ hours reported. Paperwork processing is a bottleneck: 1–4 hours after unload complete. Lumper fees texted separately, payment required before final bills issued. Lumper fees range $150–$520+; no transparency on pricing. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Extremely tight, congested yard. Backing difficult with trailers parked in driving lanes and blocking access. Separate entrances: dry van via Gate 3 (4th Street), reefer via Gate A (Catherine Bridge Place). Easy to hit wrong gate. Staff attitude mixed: security/guards generally friendly and polite; office staff slow and inconsistent. Some language barriers reported. Overnight parking on street only (no lot). $250/hour late fee after first hour. Restroom availability inconsistent; at least one bathroom reported out of order. No vending machines, water fountains non-functional.

The other reviews give the correct details EXCEPT the QR code pre-checkin does not work on the reefer side. My appointment was 1400 but the pre-check said 2100. Because of this they don't even look at it so they won't know you are here or have done the pre-check. Still have to park in the middle and walk your paperwork up to the shack for now.
They usually unload before the appointment time. Fast in and out — around 45 minutes. Very professional and easy to work with.
Arrived 1245 for a 1600 appt. Bumped dock by 1430, immediately unloaded and sent the lumper. Only had like 3 pallets but was grateful. Not a fan of having to park in the middle of the road.
Any time I’m here 3-4 hour before appointment time check in and door right away. Outside and inside very easy they always help full . No worries come here before your appointment time no problem. Thanks .
