Facility info

Operations Drop and hook primary model Live load available but inconsistent: 30-min loads reported alongside 3+ hour waits Check-in one driver at a time (outdoor holding area, no shade) Wait times highly variable—reported range 2 hours to 3+ hours Appointment scheduling mentioned but compliance unclear Facility Experience Overnight parking available with ample maneuvering space Restrooms restricted or inaccessible (sign posted saying "NO")—multiple drivers flagged this as problem Staff attitude mixed: described as friendly/hardworking by some, rude by others; night shift specifically noted as rude Yard conditions: spacious lot, but trailer drop area on backside historically had insufficient concrete (driver reports improved as of recent update—widened and filled in) Shipping/receiving staff generally reported as working hard and friendly Bottom Line Fast in-and-out when it works, but operations unpredictable. Restroom access is contentious issue. Staff professionalism varies by shift. Facility physically accommodates trucks well but treat driver access to facilities as restricted.
