Facility info

WAIT TIMES Highly variable and inconsistent. Recent reviews show 40 minutes to 3+ hours for quick loads/unloads. Older reviews report 12-20+ hour waits, but facility appears to be improving operations. Check-in to dock assignment can take hours. Plan for extended waits regardless. CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Scan QR code at gate entrance or pull to window. Appointment times not guaranteed — arrive early if possible. May require check-in twice if shift changes occur during your visit. Staff assigns dock number or directs you to staging area to wait for door availability. LOADING/UNLOADING Drop and hook available. Some recent loads completed in under an hour. Staff will bring paperwork and seal to your truck when finished. Communication gaps reported — dock assignments can be slow despite staff availability. FACILITY CONDITIONS New facility (opened 6-8 months ago) — still under construction in some areas. Guard shack not fully operational. Staging/parking area available while waiting for dock. Break room available. OVERNIGHT PARKING Overnight stays mentioned but unclear if officially permitted. At least one driver reported being knocked on repeatedly by yard staff during overnight stay. STAFF Generally friendly and professional. Some friction reported over delivery paperwork signing. Office staff noted as particularly helpful. OTHER No nearby truck stops for 20+ miles. Drivers asked to move trucks frequently during waits. Heavy traffic during shift changes (around 18:00). Tandems required to back in with doors closed. High-roof vehicles need to go around bay.
