First things first don’t be confused by the sign at the gate you can pull up to whichever lane if you’re making a delivery. Although it says all traffic keep right it was to keep trucks from going through the middle entrance. Let me start off by saying Frankie the security officer was above and beyond with his customer service, good energy, respectable, and just super understanding with everything. Clear directions and just pleasant to check in with. As per state, you’ll go straight through past the first stop sign go right and park to the left. Just passed the metal gate and a word of advice I would make the right at the stop sign if I were you guys making a delivery and checking in with the office. It is the building with the black smoke on it. The white smoke just to the right once you make your first left and if you do make the first right and go all the way left down it’s going to be the white building on the right can’t miss it. Walk in the first door and use your key badge fob to go through the security doors I had about 3500 pounds quite a small load but I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half so recap stop at the gate upon entering check in with security at the guard shack give them your license trucking company trailer number refer temperature and phone number. They will send you down to be staged and to check in with the shipping office they will most likely give you a door from there and if they don’t have a door ready, they will call you break your seals open your doors. They will call you when they are finished and as soon as you get a greenlight, you can pull out , leave your doors open so security can do a trailer check upon exiting the property go back into the shipping receiving office get your paperwork exit through the gate stop at the sign and give them your compound release form Don’t let the “All traffic keep right” sign at the gate confuse you. That’s just to keep trucks out of the middle entrance. If you’re delivering, us
