Appointment scheduling available. Must have release number from broker before delivery or facility won't unload. Valid ID required at dock (slide in slot before backing). Generally 1–3 hours for load/unload with appointment, but can stretch to 4+ hours during busy periods or without proper documentation. Drop and hook available and efficient. Dock & parking 7 docks on shipping side. Tight receiving dock area. Limited overnight parking — roughly 10 spots maximum at facility, with some spots on curb near entrance and near docks. Few parking spots on receiving side; receiving side closes early. Plenty of space at pickup. Easy in/out parking on side. Facility conditions Clean bathrooms with credit card vending machines. Port-a-potty outside. Facilities meet/exceed code standards. Equipment must be clean or you'll be turned around. Light loads typical. Safety protocols in place (COVID precautions noted in past reviews). Staff & service Mixed reviews on management attitude — mostly friendly and fast, but some reports of rudeness and poor customer service. Loaders are quick. Generally pleasant experience for pickups.
