Communication issues throughout (false callbacks, vague timeframes). DOCK OPERATIONS Facility prioritizes own loading/unloading over road drivers' deliveries, leaving docks occupied all day. When you do get a door, unloading is typically fast (15-50 minutes). NOTABLE ISSUES Pay detention or not—policies unclear and disputed. Some facility management accused of claiming damage to renegotiate rates. Rudeness documented by multiple drivers; at least one staff member specifically cited for hanging up on callers. Great place, unloaded in 4 hours, but overall good
Worst place to deliver remember just because your schedule appointment time says hours are between 6 AM to 12 PM. It’s a lie usually the first 20 trucks that comes in first come first so after that, even if you came in the same day between those hours they will not take you in and will have to make you wait and reschedule for the next delivery date and if it’s the weekend Gonna have to wait until Monday. It’s a tragic it sucks how they have their system set up this way and the brokers won’t let you know this is the problem you’ll be dealing with, so I have a heads up and I also hate the fact that they took forever to unload too reason to that is because they’re working on their own trucks first before they work on the OTR trucks.
It took about 2 and a half hours to load me. I guess the order wasn't ready at appointment time. But they have a lot of backing space for even the most novice driver. No overnight parking, because there's a gate.
I come here often and always know I’ll be stuck here. But what happened this weeknd cannot be tolerated and be expected to work in a professional setting. Manager “dom” was really out to mess with me since Saturday.<br>I got to deliver on the delivery window time but he gave me an excuse that they overworked and weren’t able to get me in and aren’t accepting any more trucks till Monday. Yet when I agreed with him I seen two other trucks come after me and get a door one was a flatbed and his excuse the manager was it was onions and I was carrying potatoes! Today I went back and checked in around 7:25 am it’s 11:16 am no door yet went to talk to the manager this video below was his response and talking shit to me like I’m scarry!! But was trying to be professional bout things. Especially when he knew this guy has been waiting for us since Saturday.<br><br>This needs to go to corporate before Dom ends up getting into it with the wrong people
The first one came, the last one left, no justice 👎, and they also took away the load bars noticed too late, be vigilant
