Must leave property after unload complete. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff attitudes range from helpful to openly dismissive and rude. Security inconsistent; receiving office frequently unavailable. Portable toilets only—condition poor. Dirt/gravel parking lots dusty. Paperwork delays 1–5 hours after unload finishes. Concrete barriers near some docks damage wheels/tires. Confusing layout with no directional signage.

The peoples attitudes I could do without but when you go over The railroad tracks make that immediate left go all the way around. Follow the signs for carrier companies. Park your truck. Make sure you have your ID right on the back of your paperwork. Your name, trailer number, tracking number and carrier. They'll call you when they're ready. You have to unhook and Dolly down. The whole process took about 3 hours. The wait time to get a call to ok about an hour but this was on the Sunday so I think that's pretty good. No overnight parking at Love's and a pilot right up the street. They have portage John's if you have to use the bathroom
Well yes! Unloading was quick. Check in guy and receiving people's are very friendly. But receiving and waiting for paperwork are slow! Someone from receiving gave me directions and it was almost a disaster..He told me turn right by the love's and right on Lamont! It's absolutely NO truck on Lamont. Lucky I have a church or small school parking lot so I could turn around and take the Enterprise entrance. New checking procedures all you have to do is drive up the hill to your right and check in after that you don't have to stop at the main gate just show her the check in paper!

The guards are rude the directions are very unclear and they get upset at you if you don’t hear them well cause they are behind a window in the shack beside running truck it was a bad experience
