I am a truck driver working for J.B. Hunt Transport Services. I arrived at the warehouse on time for my appointment and delivered the load without any delay. After dropping off my loaded trailer, I was supposed to receive an empty trailer in return, but the office staff told me there were none available. I then asked if they could at least unload my trailer so I could wait, and they told me it would take about 3 hours. They assigned me a door, and I parked where I was instructed and waited. After some time, a yard driver who works inside the facility came up to me and started speaking in a very rude and aggressive tone, asking, “Why are you sitting here?” I calmly explained that I was assigned this door and was waiting for unloading. Instead of a normal conversation, he started swearing, acting aggressively, and told me to leave even though the office had directed me there. The situation became worse when he continued using offensive language and even made a racist remark. When I called it out as racism, he kept cursing and trying to escalate the situation. He then said no one would unload me and that I would have to wait at least 6 hours. I have been a truck driver for many years and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. This is one of the worst facilities I have ever been to. The staff is very rude and unprofessional, with complete lack of respect for drivers. When I was sitting inside my truck trying to wait calmly, he kept staring at me aggressively, which made me feel unsafe at the location. In the end, I did not continue waiting and left the facility. I do not recommend this place to any driver.
Ohhhh man worst place ever they take 10 hours or more to unload and when you go to the office to check with them they tell you get out before I knock u out i call you when we done I called the main corporate office in NY they didn’t do anything stay away as far as possible from this place

Ужасная компания. Сказали что разгрузка займет 6 часов,что позвонят когда закончат,не позвонили,приехала за трейлером на следующий день,и что я увидела,грязный трейлер и они потеряли BOL.И даже не хотят искать.
A customer I'll never visit again You waste a day Here and they don't even call you when they unload your trailer after sending you to a Bobtail parking lot for over 18 Hours The unloading process is completely disorganized You'll never see me Here again !
