Facility info

Operations Drop and hook facility — no live load anymore 72-hour unload window standard (sometimes extends beyond) Gate check-in can be slow — up to 5 hours reported in some cases Trailer age requirement: no trailers older than 10 years Some inconsistency on pet policy — dogs allegedly allowed by some, denied by others Quick drop and hook when it moves: 20 minutes reported on good days Facility experience No overnight parking on property (truck stop nearby) Yard conditions: significant potholes reported — expect potential tire damage Security/gate staff: mixed — friendly and helpful interactions noted, but also reports of rude, dismissive, or unhelpful personnel Staff inconsistency is a real issue — some drivers report professionalism, others report disrespect and poor communication Yard crew generally helpful with empty trailer retrieval 24/7 security presence questioned in at least one review Communication/coordination issues Poor communication between contractors and company — trailers reassigned without driver notification, delays in dock assignment Gate staff don't always know facility procedures or accept valid documentation Scheduling changes without notice Takeaway Expect variable experience. Drop and hook is efficient when moving, but unload wait times are problematic and unpredictable. Staff attitude ranges from professional to dismissive. Watch for trailer age restrictions and road conditions.
