Facility info

CRITICAL ISSUE: These reviews are mixed between employee/workplace reviews and package delivery customer reviews. Most reviews don't address truck driver facility operations. Based on limited truck driver-relevant content: Operations Drop trailer available Contact phone lines unreliable—difficult to reach facility Facility Experience Parking issues: vehicles park in no-parking zones, blocking truck driver access Long shifts reported (12 hours) No leaving building once clocked in until shift end No smoking allowed Staff/Management Payroll and HR dysfunction reported repeatedly: delayed checks, lost payments, unresponsive contact numbers, uncooperative staff attitude Mixed reviews on general staff professionalism Note: Majority of reviews address package delivery performance and warehouse employment conditions rather than truck driver check-in, load times, or facility amenities. Limited data to assess appointment scheduling, wait times, bathroom availability, or overnight parking from a driver's perspective.
