Facility info

Check-in: 5:00-7:00 AM. Man door by glass entrance with electric lock—staff will buzz you in. No clear signage; ask around if confused. Unload windows: Receiving operates 7 AM-1 PM. Won't touch you until appointment time even if docked. Quick unloads (1 hour typical) once they start, but administrative delays common. Appointment scheduling: Required. Late arrivals sometimes accommodated but not guaranteed. Cutoff times enforced—miss 3 PM window, wait until 6 AM next day. Overnight parking: Available along curb and near living spaces. Shared lot with another company but rarely full. Bathrooms: Available on dock side. Staff attitude: Mixed. Some drivers report friendly, helpful service. Others cite slow check-in, disorganized operations, careless paperwork handling, and lack of follow-up on completion status. Major issues flagged: Sanitation concerns (dropped product left on floors, pest activity, inadequate cleaning). Safety violations reported (unsecured forklifts, operators without CDL, no fall protection). Food safety concerns. These are serious allegations—verify current conditions before arrival. Facility conditions: Generally safe property, properly stored stock. Some cleanliness and organization complaints. Communication: Phone ordering stops before posted closing time. Customer service can be unresponsive. Practical tip: Confirm unload completion yourself—don't rely on staff callbacks. Double-check phone number on check-in form is legible.

    Slow and disorganized.

The unloading itself was apparently normal. BUT!!! The receiving clerk is just ridiculously careless. I’ve spent here over 4 hours, out of which less than 2 hours was actual unloading and paperwork, and another 2+ plus hours because she couldn’t read the correct number on a check in form.(update the freaking form already!!!!) I came to check in 3 times AFTER I was apparently already unloaded to ask if I’m done. First time she told me to wait for a call, second time she was absent, and the third attempt she had a nerve to tell me that she called me over 2 hours ago. My advice: double and triple check if she can read your phone number off that trashy check in form. And then once you feel like your trailer is empty keep checking in every 10-15 minutes. To make sure you don’t waste your time here. This place definitely has no respect for drivers time.

Friendly staff, check in is at 05:00, the man door by the glass door entrance is where you check in at, it has a electric lock they will buzz you in there is enough room for two drivers to sit down while one is talking and signing in. There is room to park overnight along the curb, there are spots down by Living spaces as well.
