Facility info
Expect 6-10+ hours total — unloading typically 1-3 hours, paperwork 2-8 hours. Some drivers report 12+ hour waits. Check in starts 11 PM — can check in 1-2 hours before appointment. Gate lines move slowly; allow extra time waiting in queue. Appointment timing means little — facility overbooking is severe. Dock assignment delays common even with early check-in. Dock assignment by phone call — after check-in, receive door assignment via phone. Wait times unpredictable. Tight, congested yard — staging area directly across from docks creates constant conflict. Limited parking. Difficult maneuvering. Multiple re-parks required after unload and before paperwork. Unloading speed inconsistent — 20 minutes to several hours depending on staffing. Some reports of only one person unloading multiple trucks. Paperwork is the real bottleneck — can take 2-8 hours after unload completes. Staff sometimes disappears without handing over documents. Check bulletin board if not called. No overnight parking at facility — some drivers park on nearby streets or at adjacent businesses (Home Depot mentioned). Bathrooms available — in check-in area. Staff attitude variable — many reports of rude, dismissive staff particularly at check-in office. Some positive interactions reported but inconsistent. Gate guard process — presents paperwork, receives form, fills it out, returns to guard. Lumper fee required — payment link sent after green light; can delay departure. Detention fees — $150/hour reported. Request detention form to claim payment. Ask for detention request form explicitly — office may not provide without asking; affects payment eligibility. Overbooking is structural problem — facility schedules far more trucks than it can handle efficiently.
Driver reviews
Don’t come here . They are third party who unload your truck and they don’t care how much Time they are taking to unload you . My appointment was 11:00 PM and Checked 11:00 AM . They gave me door 12:40 AM unload only 2 pallets 2 hours and said move your truck and park . We will call you when’s paper ready . I woke up 6:00 AM no call no lumper fee link . I went inside they have attitude and rude behaviour. They said our system down . We can’t do anything. They said you can leave and come back for paperwork later . I left the property without paperwork and After 10 hours they sent me lumper link and called to pay lumper and did not call me back for paperwork. I could not get my paperwork because they went closed on Friday 5:00 PM and they are closed on weekends.
Just like everybody says it's a very tight place with trucks backing in all crazy trying to get into the docks trying to get parking. Other than that, the experience was pleasant, very fast in a dock at 23:30 out of the dock by my appointment time at 1:00 a.m... oh and was a full truck 60 pallets!!
I seen many bad reviews prior to arrival and was prepared for a bad experience. However, my appointment was 3 am, I arrived at 1030 pm and was immediately checked in and sent to a parking spot. Then to the receiving office and again was immediately given a door. 1 am I was empty and bol was ready. Back to parking and slept until morning. My visit was top notch and I thank the friendly and polite staff. Great job.
