Unload times wildly inconsistent: 30 min to 10+ hours depending on shift/staffing. Graveyard shift fastest. Day shift notorious backlog. Appointment system broken: FCFS despite scheduled slots. Early arrivals get doors first; on-time arrivals wait longest. Miss appointment = wait days for reschedule. Lumper required, complaints common: Drivers forced to use lumper service; cannot self-unload. Lumper bills handed out mid-wait. Lot is dangerously tight: 90° alley dock with minimal maneuvering space. Frequent trailer-to-trailer contact. Disconnecting tractor recommended. Multiple accident reports. Staff inconsistent—some great, some hostile: Receiving personnel range from cooperative/friendly to rude and yelling. No bathroom in facility (porta-potty only). Overnight parking available but tight.
