Facility info

Check-in: Door 19 for general entry; Door 23 for deliveries; Door 63 for pickups. All on same facility, different access points. Load/Unload times: Consistently fast — 15-45 minutes typical. One truck loaded at a time, so expect delays if others ahead of you. Appointments: Required and taken seriously. Being late isn't a deal-breaker — staff will still process you, but don't test it. Overnight parking: Available on road outside facility. Restrooms: None available for drivers. Hours: Facility opens 5:30am. Confirm exact operating hours before arriving.
