Checked in about 07:30 AM for a 10:30 AM appointment and they immediately put me in a door. Was unloaded, had paperwork back to me by 08:15 AM (full trailer). People in the office were very nice and professional. They do have a Loves and Petro about 15 minutes away. The loves is a hit or miss with parking seems like a very very busy loves with traffic coming and going all day and it’s not that big, with about 80 spots and a lot of bobtails and box trucks taking up most of the spots. You might get lucky and get a spot during the day with drivers coming and going as the location is in a very busy industrial area of Jersey. The Petro has lot of parking however it’s all paid parking but you can buy diesel and get free parking or spend x amount inside the store or restaurant and have it validated for free parking TP says they have like 490 spots.
Yeah… read the reviews before coming here!! They don’t care about your time as a driver. They ll make you wait for hours before giving you a door. Rude guy at the window.
I saw all the comments but I thought it was probably nothing but not a good experience delivering here. Checked in a 9:40AM for 10 AM appt. They took my number and will call me when they have a door. There were 2 other trucks parked on drive away waiting to be called. Only got the door at 11am and they started unloading at 12:15 PM. They finished unloading now at 12:45
