Small girl at the guard shack is SO SLOW, one hour to check in 4 trucks. Shift changes and the line moves quickly. Drop n hooks not ready until hours after pick up time. Don't schedule driver to come get it until it's ready. This used to be a great place to pick up but delays make it awful. Employees on their cell phones are killing productivity.
Came to pick up a load, guard tells me it’s not ready come back at 4pm. So I come back at 4 now she tells me another Werner driver already picked up the load on the 6th. So I don’t even know what to believe anymore. Terrible communication on the back end.
This place is a complete dump. Do not bring loads here under any circumstances. I’ve been stuck waiting 17 hours for them to unload my trailer — since 9:30 pm last night, and now it’s 1:30 pm the next day. The people at the gate are disrespectful and useless, and the whole operation is a total disaster. Absolute nightmare of a place
