DROP AND HOOK OPERATIONS Drop and hook is the standard here — usually 30 minutes or less. Easy in and out most of the time. LIVE LOAD Live load available. One report of 30-minute unload; others report 4+ hour waits. Unload times are unpredictable — can range from under an hour to 24-72 hours depending on the load and facility workload. CHECK-IN & GATE Security checkpoint required at gate. Staff friendliness varies — mostly positive reports, but some drivers report slow security processing and long waits (up to an hour). Can check in 1 hour before appointment. Check in at security first, then directed to receiving. APPOINTMENTS Appointment times don't always dictate actual unload timing. Some drivers report waiting their full 70-hour reset despite earlier appointment times. EMPTY TRAILERS Empty trailers stored 8 miles away at separate off-site location near regional airport. Finding them can be inconsistent; facility sometimes sends drivers around to multiple locations. OVERNIGHT PARKING No overnight parking available at main facility. Street parking nearby not allowed — drivers have been woken at 2am to relocate. YARD CONDITIONS Tight backing in spots. Yard personnel will assist with backing. Bobtail parking lot congested with personal vehicles parked haphazardly, making maneuvering difficult. Lot can be jam-packed overall. STAFF Generally friendly and helpful. Quality and efficiency vary by shift. One report of new security team being notably slow compared to previous team. NAVIGATION Enter from North — not South. GPS may default to wrong entrance.
