Check-in is phone/text-based: Go to guard shack with BOL, register via text link, get door assignment via text. Process works but initial gate wait can hit 30 minutes. Unloading is the real killer: 3–16+ hours reported; facility has 30+ docks but moves slowly; lumper crew (not warehouse staff) does actual work and pace is unpredictable. Staff attitude splits hard: Check-in personnel range from "very polite/friendly" to "rude and dismissive" — luck of the draw on who you get. Parking outside facility on street/dirt road — no overnight inside. Trash bins available. TA truck stop 9 miles away. Bathrooms clean and accessible inside; vending machines; driver lounge available. Reefer must be pre-cooled (10°F minimum) before departure or you'll be held; don't open trailer doors until directed; slide tandems, back in with doors closed.
