Facility info
Check-in & Operations Facility opens 2:30-3:00am. Don't arrive more than 1 hour early or you'll be sent to park in street center lane and told to return closer to appointment time Two separate check-in processes: first at stop sign office to get door assignment, then at door 21 with paperwork Some drivers report 30-minute waits at check-in window; others report lines taking 1+ hours depending on time and day Reefer trailers: right lane / dry vans: left lane after stop sign Gate guard inspects paperwork and confirms appointment Blind-side backing required at some doors—tight maneuvering with limited space. U-turn recommended after stop sign to avoid backing blind Write company name and phone number on BOL before check-in Reefer loads: keep doors closed until worker instructs you to open; they'll detach red air line and install glad-hand lock Two buildings on property (main building and separate building across street)—confirm which location at check-in Early arrivals before 2:30am gates open get parked on street; gates don't consistently open until 2:20-2:30am despite posted opening times No-show or late fees: $150 charge if not on time Unloading Speed Fast unloading is common—many report 30 minutes to 2 hours for pallets Some exceptions: isolated reports of 3-6+ hour waits, usually tied to facility delays rather than volume Text link sent for lumper fee payment; unloading completes after payment processed Paperwork pickup at door 21 after lumper payment Lumper Fees High lumper charges reported consistently—$250-$610+ depending on load Credit cards accepted for payment Drivers describe fees as "astronomical," "robbery" Facility & Conditions Tight lot—congestion common, especially during peak hours Limited parking; overflow parks on street in center lane Portable restrooms available (quality complaints from drivers) Restroom in receiving office Docks appear well-maintained but yard space is confined Staff attitude mixed: some drivers report
Driver reviews
Very busy place to deliver! Blindside backing is a pain but ultimately doable.
After 2 hours waiting on door I go to the office when they gana unload me they said they are unloading me just few more time and guess what door was still closed they didn’t even open the door they took more 2 hours to unload and after pay fees and get paperwork light is still red they are done with unloading but I don’t know why they are not giving me green light very bad experience
Reached 2:30am common appointment to all i think. Mine appointment was at 4am. For refer load keep truck to right side and stop at stop sign. Go inside office, they will re sort papers and tell you dock. Back up at dock without opening seal and doors. Someone will come to check temperature and seal, then cut seal, open doors and put back at dock. Wait for link to pay lamber fee.
They are open gate exact 2:30am then make a line inside after it checkin one by one and my appointment at 5am but they take me earlier. Nice people
