Facility info
Appointments strictly required — won't process early arrivals; don't show up more than 30 min before your slot. Inconsistent about enforcement. Load/unload times all over the map — ranges from 30 minutes to 6+ hours. Some drivers report quick turnarounds (under 2 hrs), others face extensive delays. No clear pattern. New trailer requirements — rejecting trailers with exposed bolts on door latches (bolts must face inward, not outward). Trailers also must be clean and dry; damp interiors have been refused. Food safety standards enforced strictly. Check-in — office at receiving area. Facility takes lunch break 12:30–1:00 pm with minimal staff coverage. Gate entrance has no buzzer or code — staff will let you in once you're at gate. Restrooms — clean, available near check-in office. Bring your own toilet paper. Overnight parking — not available. Staff mixed reviews — some describe friendly, efficient receiving staff; others report lazy office personnel, rudeness, and unprofessional attitudes. Check-in staff reportedly strict about appointment times and trailer requirements. Yard conditions — under construction in some areas; limited curb-side parking. Busy facility with trucks moving both sides (shipping and receiving separate operations). Operations — drop and hook or live load varies; confirm with dispatcher. Appointment times not always honored by facility.
Driver reviews
I was 2 hours late for my appointment but they loaded my truck super fast
Worst place ever. They will tell you the trailer is dirty and it smells because that is the trick they use to buy time when they are running behind or when they are just too lazy to work.<br>Got there at 11:30 for 12:00 appt. Shift change 2-3 PM. Load was cancelled at 330 PM when they shift changed. BTW we did a washout and had a receipt before we came to this place. Unbelievable, avoid avoid!!!
Trailer must be neat and clean,no over night parking, main entrance gate is closed, loves is about 10 mins away from this location, check in 30 mins before your appointment, loading time is approximately 1 hour, clean washroom inside the shipping and receiving office.
