CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Appointment only — strictly enforced. Show up close to appointment time or you'll be turned away. Early arrivals get a dock assignment but won't start loading until appointment time. Don't arrive more than 1 hour early. FINDING IT Hard to find. Located at 315 Clarence King Drive, Calhoun, GA (Exit 310 off I-75). Second driveway on right after turning onto Clarence King. Use intercom call box at gate to enter. Building has no visible company sign. Entrance unmarked from street. CHECK-IN PROCESS Pull to gate, use intercom, get directed to check in between dock doors 14-19 or 16-17. Easy and quick. LOADING Highly inconsistent. Range: 30 minutes to 8+ hours. Many reports of 4-5 hour waits. Some days fast, some days painfully slow. Appointment time is when they start loading, not when you finish. Some staff members work quickly; experiences vary by who's operating the equipment. TRAILER REQUIREMENTS Trailer must be: completely dry, food-grade rated, clean with no debris, no stains, no odors, no holes. Rejections are common and enforced strictly. If rejected, you must leave to wash/dry and return. No sweeping in parking lot allowed. OVERNIGHT PARKING No overnight parking inside facility. Can park on nearby side streets. Loves truck stop at same exit. FACILITIES Clean restrooms in shipping/receiving office. Ample backup space. Large new warehouse with multiple docks. STAFF Generally friendly and polite. Some standout performers noted. Occasionally overstretched — check-in staff sometimes handling multiple tasks (intercom, driver info, computer) simultaneously, creating delays and communication issues. SAFETY/OPERATIONS Security gate operations have been problematic — wrong gates opened, creating access issues. Facility staff willing to work with drivers on trailer issues if possible. BOTTOM LINE Trailer quality is non-negotiable here. Show up on time. Plan for potentially long waits — bring food/entertainment. Performance is inconsistent day-to-day.
