First-come, first-served for roll stock (no appointment required), though some reviews indicate appointments exist for other operations. Don't show up after 2 PM expecting to unload—you'll be turned away until next business day. Roll stock unload takes 15–30 minutes once at dock. Single dock in back of primary warehouse. Check in at front office first for instructions before proceeding to back. Wait times vary wildly—some in/out in 20 minutes, others report 3–5 hours depending on queue. Overnight parking available at front lot (limited to ~5 trucks) or Building 2500 across the street. Check in west-side building, unload on east-side building (two separate locations). Staff attitude mixed. Most drivers praise friendly personnel at receiving and dock. Shipping office window staff gets complaints about rudeness and no heat/seating in waiting area. Receiving window staff occasionally curt to early arrivals. No drop-and-hook; live unload only. No trailer drops accepted (they'll sink). Outside restroom only.

Company as a whole is good to load and unload at. But the drivers are their own level of impatient and rude. Riding my tail the whole way from one location to the next. Flying by me in the parking lot and shaking their head at me. The posted speed limit, is the speed limit. And I get paid to do the speed limit and no more. Getting sick of almost getting into accidents with your trucks.

From guy in receiving office to the unloader great customer service and fast unload. Plenty room to maneuver limited overnight parking but there is some. Really great place to deliver. Keep up the great work.
