Live load only — drop and hook not available Appointment required Expect 2-6+ hour waits — consistently cited across reviews, even when only truck on site Poor dock management — drivers shuffled between multiple parking spots, sometimes instructed to park in entrance driveway blocking traffic flow Hand loading process is time-consuming — screwing loads into trailer floor mentioned as major contributor to delays Staff takes lunch breaks mid-load — increases wait times further No overnight parking Bathrooms available and clean Staff attitude mixed — some drivers report friendly, polite personnel; others describe lazy workers moving slowly Inconsistent performance — rare fast loads (1 hour reported) exist but heavily outweighed by 4-6+ hour waits Proximity note — Mexican restaurant ~1 mile away (near McDonald's) for bobtail parking while waiting Bottom line: High-risk pickup/delivery for time-sensitive loads. Plan for significant delay.
