Facility info

APPOINTMENTS STRICTLY ENFORCED Appointment-only facility. Late arrivals charged $250+ for work-in fee, plus $200/hour waiting time. Miss appointment entirely and face additional charges. Check in 30 minutes to 1 hour before appointment time. Doors open 6am. LOAD/UNLOAD TIMES Typically 1–1.5 hours when on schedule. Some reports of 2+ hour waits for paperwork. Occasional outliers reporting 5+ hours waiting for dock access despite early arrival or empty docks available. PARKING No overnight parking inside facility. Street parking extremely limited and heavily ticketed by Vernon PD—red-painted curbs mark no-park zones. Park on company side shoulder if possible to avoid police. Arrive night before to secure street spot. Daytime arrivals will struggle to find legal parking. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Office opens 6am. Bathrooms available from 5am. Food truck arrives 6:30–9:30am with breakfast options. Facility has 24 docks. Right-side frozen loading area is blind-side back-in. Narrow entry/pull-in area requires careful maneuvering. STAFF & ATTITUDE Highly inconsistent. Multiple reports of rude, dismissive office personnel—described as unprofessional and disrespectful. Loaders consistently rated as friendly and competent. Some drivers report pleasant experiences; others describe hostile interactions. Office staff reportedly refuse information to drivers without confirmed appointments. FACILITY CONDITION Facility itself is new/well-maintained with adequate dock space and clean restrooms. Yard conditions acceptable when not overcrowded.
