Unloading times highly variable—reported anywhere from quick turnaround to 5+ hours (7am arrival, noon completion noted; 12+ hour waits also reported). Inconsistent wait times across reviews suggest operational chaos or capacity issues. Check-in/Staff Phone staff reported as helpful and professional.
