  These guys suck!!! 12,000 dollars worth or material and we found it damaged. Had to throw away 20% of it

  I have used XPO 3 times for shipments, 1st time they destroyed the 2 pallets and the items were everywhere, 2nd time was delivered on time, 3rd time, they delivered one pallet of the 2 and the 2nd pallet was delivered10 days later. nice people, but inept service.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were delivered a Home Depot purchased dishwasher scratched and said they couldn't install it and someone would call to have a plumber come out.<br><br>No one called and it took hours on the phone to find someone that could help. A week later they delivered the new dishwasher, said they couldn't install again and a plumber would be back in a week to install. Plumber showed up 30 minutes later and we weren't able to get back home in time and the plumber left.<br><br>Tried to get a hold of them again and radio silence.

  It's unfortunate that Home Depot uses this company as their delivery service. This company truly deserves a 0. The dishonesty of this company is astounding. Delivery driver calls and says they will arrive in 10-15 minutes I let them know to give me a call when they got to my place because it is hard to find my apartment as I live on the 3rd floor of a condo, they say they will give me a call when they arrive. I wait and wait and wait. 30 minutes goes by so I attempt to call them back. No response. I try again. No response. I check my Home Depot delivery status and they have gone and listed me as "Attempted". I'm beyond furious. I had ordered 4 appliances and had everything ready to be removed and new appliances delivered. So now I have to put everything back together because who knows when I will actually get my new appliances.<br>I hope that Home Depot severs their connection with this company. I know I will never order from Home Depot in the future because of this company.<br>If they ever do deliver my appliances I will be sure to watch them taking it from the truck to my house in order to make sure they don't screw anything up. Since they cant be honest about showing up to my place I can definitely guarantee that they won't be honest about getting it safely up my stairs.
