Metro Logics, Inc.

Facility info

Security procedures: Armed guards conduct thorough truck searches (inside and outside, including mirror checks). ID required. All compartments inspected. Searches happen before entry — if you refuse, you can turn around without incident. Operations: No appointment required (first come, first served), though appointments available. Shipping/receiving opens 7am. Live load operation. One gate in/out for trucks. Unload times typically 20 minutes to 1 hour. Facility: Overnight parking available inside gated lot. Spacious backing area. Plenty of room for waste disposal. One location on Forest Park Drive (newer); main address uses Krone address. Staff attitude: Mixed reviews. Many report friendly, professional staff and fast service. Some report guards as professional and accommodating. Significant number of negative reviews cite excessive force by security during incident(s) — multiple drivers reference video evidence and legal cases involving assault allegations and unlawful detention. Some recent reviews suggest conditions have improved. Reality check: This is a pharmaceutical distribution facility. Security intensity reflects that mission. Searches are standard policy, not optional. Heavy polarization in reviews — either very positive or very negative, with negativity concentrated around guard conduct and use of force issues. At least one high-profile incident resulted in legal settlement and dropped charges.
