Facility info
Appointment-only facility — strictly enforced. Call ahead if possible to arrange early unload. Unload times wildly inconsistent: reports range from 25 minutes to 4+ hours. Some drivers get taken hours early; others forced to wait until exact appointment time regardless of early arrival. Check-in opens 5:30am. Front desk staff attitude varies significantly — some friendly and helpful, others reported as rude and unprofessional. No overnight parking. Yard locked 9:30pm–3:30am. Gated facility; street parking not viable (police patrol actively). Clean, well-maintained facility with large yard and easy dock access. Staff friendliness inconsistent — some excellent, some dismissive. No lumper fees reported.
Driver reviews
Gads don't open until 3:30 office doesn't open until 3:30 so if you see the gate open before that do not come in No on-site parking for extended time quick in and out from past experience maybe able to check in early Don't know going to try security is pretty on point and respectful
