Facility info

Appointment-only facility. Strict enforcement: no more than 30 minutes early or you'll be turned away. Arrive on time or don't bother. Live unload wait times highly variable — ranges from under 1 hour to 3+ hours depending on dock availability and workload. Drop and hook reportedly faster and more reliable. Check-in via QR code at guard gate (streamlined process). Guard shack staff generally professional and helpful with directions. Unload speed inconsistent. Some reports of 30-45 minutes, others 2+ hours at dock. Pacing appears to depend on staffing and scheduling rather than driver performance. No overnight parking. Facility under construction with limited space — this contributes to parking restrictions and scheduling tightness. No driver restrooms available. Staff attitude mixed but leaning positive. Gate/security personnel consistently noted as friendly and professional. Warehouse/receiving staff quality varies by shift. Yard conditions cramped due to ongoing construction. Limited maneuvering space but adequate for standard backing. Wide dock spacing allows comfortable setup. Watch for loading errors — at least one report of improper load distribution causing weight violations and requiring reload. Phone communication system frustrating (automated routing, long hold times, multi-transfers). In-person or message-based communication slower but more reliable. Easy I-10 access. Pilot and Loves nearby for overnight parking needs. Receiving stops at 3:30 PM but may accommodate hazmat exceptions.
