Facility info
Check-in/Operations: FCFS (first come, first serve). Gates open 4am-10:30am Monday-Friday. Don't just drive up and dock — park to the side, give BOL, wait for direction. Appointment scheduling not mentioned in reviews. Unload times: Highly variable. Range 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes depending on volume and timing. Generally faster if you arrive early. Some reports of very quick turnarounds. Staff: Generally friendly and polite, even early morning shifts. One recurring complaint about receiver being difficult and creating unnecessary delays with poor attitude. Most other reviews praise work ethic and respect for drivers. Yard/Parking: Decent maneuvering room. Overnight parking available but narrow streets and tight cul-de-sac — not ideal if arriving night before. Parking to the side during day operations works fine. Facilities: Bathroom/vending available but vending machine pricing inconsistent ($2 vs $1.25) and no change available. Bring your own snacks to be safe. Location note: Flagstaff area. Cold weather mentioned. Bottom line: Solid facility for day deliveries if you time it right and follow check-in protocol. Unload is generally fast. Staff mostly excellent. Skip overnight parking unless necessary.
Driver reviews
The best delivery place in the world! I arrived for delivery two minutes before the unloading was closed! The employees greeted me warmly, and the forklift driver Daniel, without a single word of dissatisfaction, began unloading my trailer! I am grateful to everyone and everyone who works here! They respect the work of truck drivers, since we are their drivers! Thank you!!! See you again! All the best you, my new friends!!!♥️
If, Aqua Plex is not responsible for vending machines?? Why, have them?? Two(2) different snack machines.. Two(2) different prices?? $2 on one machine $1.25 on other?? And, they(Aqua Plex) has no change for (Their) machine?? I, called 'Nackard Pepsi Bottling Co.' in Flagstaff, Arizona. Busy, signal?? Bring your own, "Snacks.... Leave machines alone.. If, Aqua Plex cannot exchange, dollars for change?? Why, are these machines here??
OTR driver report: Gates open at 4am and it’s FCFS. Staff are polite and friendly even this early in the morning. Now, I personally would not recommend parking overnight should you arrive the night before. These streets are very narrow and the cul-de-sac you see on Google maps is much smaller than it looks. Other than that, easy in easy out.
These guys are awesome, hard working crew!! Thx for unloading trucks in a timely manner MUCH APPRECIATED!!
Loved it
