Niagara Bottling

Facility info

Appointment scheduling: Arrive 15–30 min before appointment, not earlier or later. Load numbers must start with 3 or 38. Call box check-in only—do NOT use QR code. Live load/drop: Live load only. Trailer must be swept clean, completely empty, no odor. Facility rejects dirty or damp trailers. Check-in/wait times: Highly inconsistent—anywhere from 45 min to 8+ hours. Average reported 2–3 hours, but frequently longer during peak times. System down occasionally causes 4+ hour delays. Overnight parking: Limited outdoor parking available. Bathrooms: Porta-potties only—plan accordingly. Staff/communication: Fully automated facility. Check-in and loading handled by robots and kiosks. Call box connects to remote support (overseas). No on-site staff interaction. Multiple reports of communication failures and inability to reach anyone about delays. Loading system: Red/green light dock doors. Back in precisely or arrows direct adjustment. Robots load—slow and calculated. Self-checkout at kiosks (print BOL, grab seal, enter info). No call when loading complete unless problem occurs. Yard conditions: Reports of trash, poor maintenance. Ample maneuvering room at docks despite tight appearance. Inconsistent door assignments; some drivers reassigned mid-load without explanation. Hit or miss facility. Performance varies wildly by time of day. Bring patience and a clean trailer.
