Facility info
Two locations: Building 100 and Building 500 (2 miles apart, Timberline Dr). Check in via intercom at gate—provide shipper number. Appointment timing is strict. Won't take you early—even 15-30 minutes before appointment time. They'll turn you away and make you come back. Expect this policy to be enforced regardless of weather or circumstances. Check-in procedure: Intercom at gate. Have ready: pickup number (must start with 38), broker name, box number, load destination. Gate agent enters info into system—verify accuracy before leaving (errors create exit problems). Loading: Generally fast once you're checked in—30 minutes to under an hour typical. Arrive at your exact appointment time. You'll be assigned a door immediately upon check-in if timing is right. Trailer prep: You may need to slide tandem to back, detach trailer, move tractor 3 feet forward per jockey instructions before/after loading. Exit: Check out at gate via touchscreen. Collect paperwork and seal there before leaving. Parking: No overnight parking at facility. Street parking available while waiting for appointment, though legality unclear. TA truck stop 5 minutes away for overnights. Facilities: No restroom access. Staff: Mixed reviews. Some report polite, efficient service. Others report rude gate agents and communication issues. Experience appears inconsistent. Performance: When operations go smoothly, very fast. When they don't, significant delays and frustration.
