Nike Centerpointe

Facility info

Load handling: Most loads floor-loaded despite being marketed as palletized to brokers. Load times: Ranges from 45 minutes to 5 hours — inconsistent. Check-in/operations: No appointment scheduling details mentioned. High security standards in place. Facility: Concrete floors, no overnight parking, no driver restrooms or amenities available. Staff: Mixed — some report good customer service, others say staff aren't friendly to truckers. Bottom line: Fast when it moves, but expect no creature comforts and variable wait times.
